1. THE GATE for EGODROP FESTIVAL 2022 opens on July 12 at. 4:00 p.m. We encourage you to arrive earlier, it helps us to unload queues. On July 12, we will open for you a CAMPSITE, but the festival zone will not be available yet. We open festival zone 13.07 at 18:00. Therefore, remember that the FOOD and BAR zones are also closed till 13 July 6:00 pm. All of you who decide to arrive earlier please bring water and food with you, or stock up in shop in Przyłęk, or on the way - in Paradyż or Opoczno city.
2. The all following persons have the right of admission to the Event:
a) holders of a valid admission ticket issued by the Organiser (2020 and 2021),
b) holders of a guest invitation issued by the Organiser
3. Holders may enter the festival from 12 July 4:00 pm and stay till 18 July 12:00.
4. Organiser have a right to check if ticket is under your name. You are obligated to carry a valid document confirming their identity, which means: an identity card, temporary identity certificate, passport, driving licence, school or student ID card, a document confirming the identity of a foreigner, or any other identity document with the holder’s facial image and address of residence.
5. On the festival site, FAMILIES and PREGNANT WOMEN will enjoy priority in all queues - at the checkouts, food trucks, bar, toilets, and showers.
6. Parents of minors are kindly requested to submit written responsibility for the child (we will provide the document at the gate). Please bring the children's documents with you.
7. The unique QR / barcode on each entry ticket entitles the participant to exchange the ticket for a wristband ID only at the first scan. The wristband may only be used by one person. The loss of the wristband results in the loss of the right to enter the Event grounds. If the wristband breaks or is damaged on the Event grounds, the participant is obligated to immediately report to the Security or Maintenance Service together with the damaged wristband to have it replaced with a new one. Only participants with undamaged wristbands firmly fastened to their wrists can enter the Event grounds each time.
